Rivergums Park in Baldivis is a great little park. It has a small play equipment area suitable for Toddlers and Climbing Equipment for the older kids. There is also a big Flying Fox & Platform for the older kids (and adults too!). There is plenty of grassed areas for picnics and also benches placed throughout for sitting and watching the kids play. Santa Ana Park Currambine – hidden away behind the Currambine shops, down Santa Ana Mews is a little gem of a park. Tall trees surround a few grassy areas, perfect for kicking around a ball and provide shade to most of the park. Whitfords Nodes Park is a beautiful park for family BBQs, picnics and mums’ groups during, Autumn, Spring and Winter months.  It’s also a great place to walk through with scooters/bikes if you’re heading out for a family walk. The Whitfords Nodes Park area consists of several playframes, slides, sandpits, BBQ’s and picnic shelters and lots of trees providing shade if you’re having a picnic. Mt Henry Bridge Reserve, Mount Pleasant Mount Henry Bridge Reserve is a multi-use recreation area on the river in Mount Pleasant. It is situated in the shadow of the Mt Henry Bridge, and has a great kids playground and an on-site cafe. The first thing we did on arriving was grab some lunch at the Kerbside Cafe. Frye Park or Pirate Park in Kelmscott is a great park which features a large pirate ship but also has a fenced toddler playground and picnic tables in the same area. The toddler area and picnic tables are covered with shade sails in summer. The pirate ship has plenty to do with three slides, climbing challenges and treasure hunts. The new Tomato Lake all-abilities playground has opened and it appears to be a big hit as it was very busy when we visited. The playground is in front between the cafe and the bbq picnic area. The bbq area has also been refreshed with new picnic tables. The playground has been designed to suit toddlers through to older kids, including those with disabilities. Morris Mundy Reserve is a lovely reserve in Kensington with basketball and netball hoop, cricket wickets, football goals, large green oval, picnic tables and a new shaded playground. The reserve backs onto houses on three sides although not fully fenced is fairly safe as it’s a long way between the playground equipment and the road.
