Cohunu Koala Park

Though Cohunu Koala Park specialises in native Australian wildlife, there is also a farmyard area. This is home to ponies, pigs and donkeys. Cohunu Koala Park also is home is a miniature railway that zig zags its way through the park. . See more in the Buggybuddys review here.

A Day at the Farm Toodyay

A Day at the Farm Toodyay offers a unique and educational farm experience at Sandalwood Downs. Visitors can interact with a diverse range of friendly animals including cows, donkeys, alpacas, camels, deer, sheep, goats, pigs, emus, rabbits, peacocks, turkeys, geese, guinea fowl, guinea pigs, chickens, ducks, and friendly farm dogs. Sessions run on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (except Christmas Day) with two time slots available: 9:30am-12pm and 1pm-3:30pm. During school holidays, additional sessions operate on Thursdays and Fridays. Entry is$20 per person (children under 2 years free), and sessions are limited to 25 people to ensure an intimate experience. Visitors can bring picnic lunches or BBQ packs to enjoy in the beautiful grounds, which include a children’s playground.

Qwack’s Farm

Located in the heart of Margaret River region, Qwack’s Farm offers a unique and intimate farm experience that’s perfect for the whole family. The farm provides two types of tours – a full farm experience and a specialized cow cuddling session. During the full farm tour, visitors can walk through paddocks, feed pigs and chickens, explore the spray-free market garden, and interact with friendly sheep and goats. The highlight is the cow cuddling experience, where guests can get up close with gentle full-sized and miniature cows, complete with brushes, hairclips, and flower crowns for extra fun! Tours are limited to 10 people to ensure a peaceful and personal experience. Entry includes all activities, though proper footwear is required. Sunflowers Animal Farm

Recently relocated to Ludlow after 23 years in Margaret River, Sunflowers Animal Farm continues to be one of the South West’s top tourist attractions, just 10 minutes north of Busselton. The farm features hundreds of friendly animals that visitors can pat, feed, and interact with, including calves, lambs, joeys, ponies, llamas, sheep, and chickens. A highlight is the bottle feeding sessions at 10am and 4pm, where visitors can feed baby animals under staff guidance. Entry is$16.50 per person (children under 24 months free) and includes access to all animal areas, with animal food buckets available for $4 each. The farm is completely accessible for prams and features portable toilets including disabled facilities and handwashing stations. Open daily from 9am to 5pm (except Christmas Day).     Sunflowers animal farm in Busselton is great! Large range of animals to see, very friendly animals, great for all ages.
