Santa & Christmas Parades in Perth 2026: Your Family Guide 🎅
Jingle all the way, Perth – Santa is (almost) here! 🎅🎄
Is there anything more magical than watching your little one’s face light up as Santa rolls past, waving from his sleigh? The squeals, the wide eyes, the frantic waving back… it’s one of those Christmas moments you’ll treasure for years (and probably film on your phone more times than you’ll ever rewatch!).
The good news is there’s plenty of parade magic on around Perth this year. From Santa’s grand arrivals at our favourite shopping centres in early November, to the big night-time pageants with floats, marching bands and even fireworks in December, there’s something for every family and every age, from pram-bound bubs to too-cool-for-school tweens (who secretly still love it).
We’ve rounded them all up in one handy guide, with dates, times, locations and what to expect, so you can pop them in the calendar, rally the troops and get festive.
Most parades are free to watch, but the best spots go fast. Our golden rule for every single one: arrive early, bring a picnic rug or a little stool for the kids, and pack plenty of snacks (trust us, you’ll thank us later!).
So grab a cuppa, pull out the family calendar, and let’s find your favourite Santa parade! 👇

Our Top Tips for Parade Day 🎒
- Get there early. Parades are popular, and the best spots go first.
- Bring a rug or little stools so the kids can sit up front.
- Snacks and water. Waiting is much easier with a full tummy.
- Think about noise. Bands and crowds can be loud for little ears, so pack ear muffs if your little one is sensitive.
- Plan how to get home. Use public transport for the CBD pageant, as roads will be closed.
- Check before you go. Times can change with the weather or scheduling, so have a quick look at the official event page on the day.
