Wineries and Breweries

Eat, drink, and be merry at a family-friendly winery or brewery that offers delicious food, craft beer, and wine. The Common, Gnarabup

The Common, close to Gnarabup beach, caters for the kiddos almost as well as the adults! The Common is a bar and bistro that offers a casual dining experience with a tasty menu featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients. They have a dedicated kids’ menu and high chairs available. Burger Baby, Margaret River

Burger Baby has changed locations since our blog, but we’re sure their burgers are just as tasty! No found just out of town near to Yahava Coffee there’s burger galore and plenty of lawn for the kiddos to run off that food. Find out more in our blog.

Did you hear there’s a NEW distillery in (Cow) town! Award winning Australian spirit company, West Winds, has opened up a venue on the edge of town with good food and drinks, plus kids are welcome too. Find out more in our blog.

Margaret River Bakery

You can’t go past a country bakery, right?! The cute and eclectic Margaret River Bakery is up there with my favourite places to visit during our family holidays in Margaret River. As wel as yummy baked goods, their brunches are pretty delicious too. Find out more in our blog.

 

The White Elephant Beach Cafe

The White Elephant Beach Cafe is a beachfront cafe that offers a relaxed atmosphere and stunning views of Gnarabup Beach. They have a dedicated kids’ menu and high chairs available. Sea Garden Cafe, Prevelly

Have you seen the famous Prevelly Surfboard wall? It’s found at a great spot, Sea Garden Cafe, a stone’s throw from the famous surfing spot at Prevelly Beach. It’s a go-to for post-beach brekkies and lazy family lunches. Scoops Farm, Burnside 

The Ice Creamery and Petting Zoo is a fab spot to take the kiddos. Choose from 32 delicious ice cream flavours then take a stroll around the farm to see cows, goats, alpacas, chickens, guinea pigs and more. There’s a playground there too. Find out more in the Buggybuddys review.

Surfers Point Food Trucks, Prevelly

If you’re on the lookout for budget-friendly eats for your fam, parked up at Prevelly, the Surfers Point Food Trucks are a must for a laid-back casual meal with kids. Overlooking the iconic Surfers Point, this grassy dining spot combines stunning ocean views with delicious street food (Fish and chips, smash burgers and more), making it a memorable experience for all. West Coffee Co, Margaret River  

If you always drop by the excellent Margaret River Skate Park whenever you’re in the area, you’ll be happy to hear it’s home to a brilliant coffee spot, making the spot even more attractive to the adults too. WEST Coffee Co sure do make a great flat white. Margaret River Chocolate Factory, Metricup

The Margaret River Chocolate Factory isn’t just about chocolate bars! There’s a very tasty cafe onsite too, perfect for an indulgent hot chocolate or giant slab of rich chocolate cake.

The Berry Farm, Rosa Glen

Enjoy some berry good treats at The Berry Farm’s cottage café and cellar door. The Berry Farm is a popular spot for families who love fresh fruit, jams, sauces, wines, and ciders. You can sample some of their products at the cellar door, or have a meal at the café that uses local ingredients and their own produce. You have to try their fresh baked scones! There’s a big playground for the kids too.
