The brand new $1.4 million Lottery-West funded Whale Playground has opened up at Scarborough Beach. The playground is inspired by Noongar culture and features a blue whale skeleton as its main theme. It caters for children of all abilities with elevated wheelchair accessible sand tables and soft fall surfacing with ramps between play spaces.
