AQWA – The Aquarium of WA
Perth’s favourite sealife centre, AQWA – The Aquarium of WA offers educational and hand-on opportunities. Explore the engaging displays, touch a sea creatures in the rock pool, or stop in at one of the delightful cafes on-site. In addition, you can meet the friendly mermaids or book a sealife experience such as snorkeling with the sharks (age limits apply).
Rockingham Wild Encounters & Penguin Island
See seals, penguins and other sealife in their natural environment as you take a cruise over to Penguin Island. Enjoy a keeper talk in the sealife centre. Explore the island and take a dip in the shallow waters of the bay. Pack a picnic lunch to enjoy with your family and friends. If you’re lucky, some local wildlife may even join you!
