Just outside of Mandurah, tucked away in suburbia is Meadow Springs Quarry Adventure Park. Its size is deceiving from the road, with a lush green grassed area and playground visible, however, it extends back and down into the quarry. The first playground you come across is a traditional style one, with a lovely big spider net swing, fun stepping stones, slides, stairs, climbing challenges and some rockers. As we pulled up to this new playground at Frasers Landing in Mandurah the first word out of both my kid’s mouths was “WOW” – the bright red playground is definitely eye-catching!!! The main play structure replicates a bird’s nest which ties into the naturalistic lifestyle of Frasers Landing. A beautiful green parkland along Golden Bay foreshore, right next to the Indian Ocean. On the Eastern Mandurah Foreshore there is a lovely playground overlooking the river. The playground is fully shaded and based on a soft fall surface. The playframe is full of slides, ladders, climbing walls and tunnel to entertain toddlers and kids.
