Calisthenics is an exciting sport that’s a mix of dance, gymnastics, ballet, club swinging, rod twirling and more (all in the one class!!) Primarily a team sport, calisthenics teaches participants of all abilities aged 3 years+ about teamwork and sportsmanship, while increasing fitness, flexibility, coordination and confidence. Teams aged over 7 years spend Terms 1, 2 and 3 preparing to perform at two competitions in July & August and Term 4 developing skills for the following year.
