Located in the heart of the new community at Mandogalup, Florence Estate Park is the new playground that beautifully incorporates wooden beams for its play equipment. This spacious playground is nested beside rows of mature trees, providing scenic greenery, and playing in the park feels like you’re right next to nature. My girls headed straight to the main play area, where the big slide is. The tall climbing structure consists of different climbing wall panels for the kids to climb onto. Missy 6 had no trouble climbing onto all of them, but younger toddlers might find the tallest one daunting. Read more…

Bigger isn’t always better when it comes to playgrounds. Especially with toddlers. Sometimes you just want a smaller playground where you know you can keep them within view and be within their abilities to play. Quinns Rocks is home to many playgrounds but there are two within a short walk from each other meaning you have the choice of one or both. James Cook Playground is a favourite of mine. I love that the theme of a pirate ship encourages my daughter not only to play but also to express her imagination. We often pretend to sail out to sea Read more…
