Located in Leederville, Fry’d is a picture-perfect ice cream shop offering up a delicious range of fried ice cream.

The insta-worthy store takes inspiration from the Museum of Ice Cream in Singapore, San Francisco and New York. Walk through the door and find yourself transported into a pink wonderland with bright neon lights and decorative swings for seating.

If you haven’t tried fried ice cream before, you’ll find it consists of a hot crispy outer shell encased with premium Italian gelato for a creamy centre making it the perfect balance of hot and cold dessert.

Flavours change monthly but favourites include Vanilla Bean and Salted Caramel, Pandan & Coconut, Cookies & Cream, Baklava, Biscoff and Ferrero Rocher.

If a fried ice cream ball doesn’t float your boat, they also sell a range of flavours by the scoop and you can elect to add on extras such as traditional sprinkles to Fairy Floss and Nutella. Yum!
