Bridget’s Bakehouse, Yanchep

Bridget’s Bakehouse has found a gorgeous new home on Yanchep Beach Road, next to the Yanchep Sports and Social Club. Now serving from a beautifully styled pink bus, this sweet little café has a fun and welcoming feel from the moment you arrive.

The bus has been thoughtfully decked out inside, with every detail adding to its charm. Families are well catered for here, with multiple seating options that make it easy to settle in with kids. Inside, there is bar-style seating overlooking the play area, as well as long, comfy bench seating. Little ones can keep busy with colouring-in, drawing and a big box of toys, making it a relaxed spot for parents to enjoy a coffee.

Outside, Bridget’s Bakehouse has a fenced play area that is perfect for younger children. There are kids’ kitchen toys, mud kitchens and space for imaginative play. Seating outside includes a picnic bench and a smaller kids’ weaning table within the fenced area, plus café-style tables and chairs just outside, so families can choose where they feel most comfortable.

Parking is easy, with ample parking shared with the Yanchep Sports and Social Club. If you need the toilet, you’ll need to use the facilities at the social club.

The menu has something for everyone, and although Bridget’s Bakehouse is a dairy-free and vegan café, you really wouldn’t know it. There are kid-friendly shakes, savoury options and plenty of treats for grown-ups too. Coffee lovers are especially well looked after, with an extensive drinks menu and lots of flavoured options. The crème brûlée latte alone is worth the visit.
