The Par 3

If your family loves to get a bit competitive, be sure to head to The Par 3 Mini Golf in West Busselton, next time you’re in southwest WA. This tee-riffic spot features tasty pizzas, an epic mini golf course and a great playground – which are sure to tick all the boxes for each member of the family.

The Par 3

Head to the quirky A-Frame clubhouse and The Neighbourhood Bar and Café to pay for your golf and grab the right size club to suit.

The bar and cafe serve up quality Margaret River Roasting Company Barista-made coffee, craft beers, local wines and a casual bagel and pizza-focused food offering.

The 18 holes all offer two difficulty levels. Most people aim for the red holes. The blue holes will give you a real challenge! Each hole offers up a different obstacle, humps, bumps, plus plenty of water obstacles – this is sure to keep the kids amused.

The picturesque 18-hole mini course is mainly shady (though it’s best to slip, slop, slap) and enjoys a laidback vibe. This is provided by a cool soundtrack through the venue’s speakers, and the fully-licensed spot allowing food and drinks on the course. Mr H sure did enjoy a pint with his putting!

There are benches, handy bar tables and picnic tables throughout the course.

We all really enjoyed playing the course and would definitely return. Anyone can play, but I’d recommend this course for kids aged 7 and up, or little ones with a good attention span. Miss 7 needed a little help, and she had lots of fun.

The Par 3

You may even spot a few roos sleeping in the shade.

Once a winner has been crowned, be sure to re-fuel on pizzas! The bar and cafe serve up quality Margaret River Roasting Company Barista-made coffee, craft beers, local wines and a casual bagel and pizza-focused food offering. There’s a small and simple pizza menu.

There’s plenty of seating to sit back and enjoy a slice or two, while the kids play on the shady playground.

There are plenty of tables under the peppermint trees where live music regularly plays. It has a real beer-garden feel.

Crisp gluten free bases are also available too.

The massive playground is sure to keep kids entertained for some time. The kids can climb, and the adults enjoy a well-earned beverage while they tot-up those winning golf scores.

The playground has a tree-house-style wooden fort, with lots of climbing challenges and a slide.

The shady sand-fall area also features nature-play elements, tunnels, and a cubby house.

There’s plenty of lush lawn to run about on too.

Found on the historic Old Broadwater Farm in Busselton, the Par 3 also offers “real golf” with nine shady fairways and turf greens on their par 3 course, plus golf club hire. No bookings are required for small groups at the cashless venue, which is much more than your average mini golf course.

The Par 3 Mini Golf offers fun for all, no matter your skill level.
