Gooseberry Hill

The Zig Zag Scenic Drive is a short, one-way hill road in Gooseberry Hill with some of the best views over Perth. Winding for about 3km down the Darling Scarp, it follows an old timber railway route and features tight hairpin bends, rocky cuttings and several gravel pull-off bays where you can safely stop for photos. Families can enjoy city and coastal plain views by day, wildflowers in spring, and twinkling lights at night.
