Hamersley Carols Under the Gum Trees 2025 at Aintree Eglinton Reserve
Come along to the Hamersley Carols Under the Gum Trees for a fun, family-friendly afternoon filled with community spirit, carnival vibes, and the joy of Christmas. Enjoy heaps of games, free sausage sizzles, delightful school performances and a festive Carols sing-along.
Bring your family, friends, picnic gear and plenty of Christmas cheer!
This free annual community Event provides an opportunity to gather the community to celebrate the festive season, strengthen our community spirit and focus on the real meaning of Christmas. Between 3:15pm-5:45pm, there are family activities, food & drinks and carnival games. The official opening ceremony (by the City of Stirling VIP) is at 5:45pm, followed by an hour of Carols singing with the Salvation Army Band. There are performances from local choirs/bands and school groups.
Carols by the Lake 2025 at Lake Monger
Carols by the Lake will once again celebrate the festive season as well as the International Day of People with Disability (IDPWD), with the annual free event at Galup (Lake Monger). There will be lots of children’s activities including an animal farm, dodgeball and face painting as well as a visit from Santa. As part of IDPWD there will be a special community art activity run by DADAA, Rebound WA will be facilitating wheelchair basketball, Activ Heartbeats will be performing on stage, WA All Abilities will have their sensory container, Cycling without Age and a number of disability social enterprises will also be providing their services.
Carols at Sunset 2025 at Mends Street Foreshore
Get ready to jingle those bells: the City is partnering again with South Perth Lions Club to present Carols at Sunset. Enjoy the South Perth Lions Big Band, sing along to your favourite Christmas carols, and soak up a summer evening with family and friends. Better still, this is a free community event – everyone is welcome! The South Perth Lions Club will be collecting donations at the event, with profits going towards the Perth Children’s Hospital Foundation. Our proud event sponsor the Good Grocer South Perth will be selling fresh cherries on the night, with proceeds going to the Lions Club of South Perth. Join us for a magical evening of Christmas carols and family festivities at the Town of Claremont’s Carols in the Park event for 2025. Children and adults alike will be delighted by the fun activities and family-friendly entertainment taking place from 4:30pm. Of course, don’t forget to keep an eye out for a special appearance by Santa and his elves! From 6:30pm the West Australian Symphony Orchestra will hit the stage with accompanying vocalists to perform everyone’s favourite Christmas carols. Get ready for a night of festive music and joy at Carols in the Park featuring Conrad Sewell — an unforgettable evening under the stars supported by Lotterywest. Sing along to your favourite Christmas carols and enjoy the soulful sounds of one of Australia’s most celebrated performers. The evening will also include the beloved tradition of Carols by Candlelight. From 6pm to 9pm, join the community at Hall Park on the Western Foreshore for a heartwarming sing-along of classic Christmas carols. This special event invites families and friends to come together and enjoy the festive spirit.
