Take your toddlers and preschoolers to Story Time at you local library. This is a fun way to introduce new books, as well as stimulate your child’s imagination and a great way for them to make new friends.
Story Time sessions at your library generally feature stories, rhymes, songs and craft suitable for toddlers and preschoolers. Storytime is designed for children aged around 2-5 years. Sessions usually include 2-3 stories, songs, action rhymes and a craft activity – all related to a common theme. Older children are welcome to join Story Time during the school holidays and home schooling children are welcome at any time.
