Tucked beside the Inglewood Library in the Inglewood Children’s Centre, Imagination Haven is more than just a creative play studio—it’s a lovingly curated experience that celebrates creativity, connection and the wonder of childhood. Created by Ayesha, a passionate mum and experienced art teacher, this Creative Play Studio is hands-down one of Perth’s most heartwarming and enriching play experiences for little ones aged 6 months to 5 years.

From the moment you step into Imagination Haven, you’re met with warmth and intention. Ayesha greets every family with genuine kindness, learning each child’s name, quirks and favourite ways to play. It’s this personal connection that sets the studio apart—Ayesha isn’t just running a session; she’s building a community.
The space itself is beautifully designed with both indoor and outdoor stations that follow a new theme each week. Think fizzy, sparkly potion play, collaborative mural painting, sensory trays filled with themed treasures and open-ended process art. Each play station includes handy tip cards with ideas to support sensory engagement and deepen your child’s learning and play. There’s even a cosy baby area with instruments and soft toys, and a calm corner for quiet time with books and puzzles.
Play with Purpose, Connection with Heart
As a regular attendee, I’ve watched my toddler Kai blossom here. He adores the freedom to explore at his own pace—pouring potions one minute, painting with nature the next. Some days he’s mesmerised by the water play or deep in imaginative storytelling at the small world table. Others, he curls up with a themed book and a puzzle in the calm corner. Every week is a new adventure.
Over time, Ayesha has come to know Kai deeply. She gently supports his learning, offering thoughtful prompts or playful suggestions perfectly tailored to his interests. It’s rare to find someone who connects so authentically with each child and parent. The hardest part is always saying goodbye—he loves every minute and usually falls asleep on the ride home (a true sign of a morning well spent)!
Flexible, Thoughtful and Family-Friendly
Sessions run from 9:30am–11:30am, with a relaxed drop-in style—ideal for working around naps and school runs. Location is perfect — with exclusive access to a fully fenced playground and sandpit during the session, plus toilet and change facilities onsite and free parking just steps away.
