The City of Rockingham Toy Library, located at the Rockingham Library on Dixon Road, offers a free toy borrowing service to all library members. The library maintains a diverse collection of over 800 toys designed to support children’s development and imagination. Members can borrow up to six items at a time for a four-week period.
