With four bedrooms featuring queen or king beds, plus one of these rooms featuring 3 additional singles as bunks, the Homestead comfortably sleeps ten. Our group of four adults and four children found the layout ideal, and every window offers gorgeous views of the property, immersing you in the beauty of the region.
The kids loved the daily visits from the friendly chickens, the cows from a neighbouring property, as well as the tree swing, massive trampoline and play structure.
Families can also enjoy picking vegetables from the garden and can even order fresh eggs for breakfast.
Evenings were a delight- cooking local produce to vinyl records while the kids explored the board games, books and DVDs on offer.
The cosy reading nook next to the wood-burning fire was a highlight, perfect for quieter moments.
A standout experience was the outdoor bath- bookable for a truly relaxing soak under the sky, complete with bubbly and the serene sounds of nature. And for the beach lovers, Hamelin Bay is just a short drive away, where lucky visitors might spot stingrays gliding along the shore.
