The hugely popular S&R Orchard Christmas and Fruit Picking Festival is back for 2024! Enjoy Christmas amongst the fruit trees this year, as S&R Orchard has been transformed into a magical festive wonderland. The festival is running every day from the 9th to 22nd of December (9am-4pm).
Found throughout the orchard, youโll find many vibrant red props to have a festive photo with. It sure makes a change from trudging around a busy shopping centre and queuing for a Santa photo! Pets are also welcome on leads, so they donโt have to miss out on the family pic. Youโll findโฆ
A festive garland
Big red caravan (be sure to take a peek inside. It’s absolutely gorgeous!)
A merry Morris Minor
Red telephone box
There’s a red bridge.
And cute ginger bread men, by a throne.
Plus, there’s a huge tree, giant baubles and more. With stunning photo props to admire and snap a photo – you may even find falling snow amongst the fruit trees.
Daily activities include:
Fruit picking – nectarines, plums and apricots in the stone fruit orchard.
Bouncy castle and an animal farm
Tractor rides
If youโre after refreshments, there is a coffee shop, ice cream and more. Plenty of tables and chairs are found under the large shelter. Toilets are on site too.
