Sea Garden Cafe sits a stone’s throw from the famous surfing spot at Prevelly Beach, making it a go-to for post-beach brekkies and lazy family lunches. Not only is it a fab spot for a cafe date with the kiddos, it’s home to the famous Prevelly Surfboard wall!
We popped by for milkshakes and coffee after a play at the nearby Riflebutts Reserve.
The ocean view is a cracker – you can watch sunsets here too – the cafe also opens in the evenings for casual meals.
The outdoor seating area is brilliant, with plenty of shade and heaps of space for prams and highchairs, plus some cosy indoor spaces.
The menu here is a mix of healthy and indulgent options for breakfast – with lots of bagels and kids options.
The kiddos chose strawberry. caramel and chocolate milkshakes – which all went down a treat!
Plus, I can confirm the coffee is excellent 🙂
Sea Garden also has a little kids play space, undercover towards the back of the cafe. There’s a block table and play kitchen to keep little ones busy.
Chuck a change of clothes in your bag for the kids – the nearby Rivermouth Beach is too tempting to resist, and you’ll likely end up having an impromptu play in the sand or rockpools.
