As a food lover, I am always on the lookout for new dining experiences, and Bistro Guillaume at Crown Perth has been on my list for a while. I recently had the pleasure of trying their $65 two-course lunch menu, and I must say, it did not disappoint. The French-inspired restaurant, which overlooks the pool at Crown Metropol, offers a relaxed and elegant atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for a leisurely lunch.
The $65 Two Course lunch offer is available every day at several of Crown Perthโs restaurants, including Silks, Nobu, Modo Mio and Bistro Guillaume until 30th June. Additionally, the menu includes a complimentary glass of sparkling wine, making it an even better deal.
Bistro Guillaume is a French restaurant, located in the heart of Crown Perth, inspired by the most popular neighbourhood bistros of Paris. The restaurant is run by acclaimed chef Guillaume Brahimi, who is known for his exquisite bistro cuisine.
Despite the elegant surroundings, the restaurant has a relaxed and welcoming vibe that makes it easy to feel comfortable and at ease. Whether you’re dressed up for a special occasion or just stopping in for a casual lunch, you’ll feel right at home at Bistro Guillaume.
Children are welcome at Bistro Guillaume, and although they do not have a dedicated kids menu, they offer a childโs portion of chicken and mash, fish and chips or pasta on request.
The $65 two course lunch menu features a variety of three options for each course, including vegetarian dishes. My husband and I decided that one of us would order a starter and the other a dessert as part of the two course menu.
I started with the country-style terrine with cornichons and grilled sourdough, which was delicious. My husband couldnโt resist adding on the French onion soup from the a la carte menu, which was rich and flavourful, topped with a perfectly melted gruyere cheese.
For our main course, we both opted for the Lamb Rump served with Paris Mash, green beans and a herb crumb. Other options available on the menu are Parisian Gnocchi or Rottnest Island Swordfish.
The dessert was a hard choice between the Vanilla Crรจme Brulee or the Chocolate delice served with rum and raisin ice cream. The chocolate delice won and it was delicious. Definitley the right choice!
We were accompanied by our two teens, who enjoyed sharing the Charcuterie platter and a side of chips.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Bistro Guillaume. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed lunchtime meal. The $65 lunch time menu is an excellent value for the quality of food and service that you’ll receive. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a taste of Paris in Perth.
Bistro Guillaume is open for lunch from Monday to Saturday, from 12 pm to 3 pm. The restaurant is also open for dinner from Monday to Thursday, from 5.30 pm to 10 pm, and on Friday and Saturday from 5.30 pm to 11 pm. High Tea is available on Saturdays from 2 pm to 4 pm.
The $65 two course lunch special is available at selected Crown Perth restaurants until 30th June 2023
