Missy 7 recently celebrated her birthday at iPlay Carousel, conveniently located on the top floor of the car park, which makes it easily accessible. Booking was very easy via their website, and communication was all through email. I love that their responses were quick. The booking team finalised the date and time with us and provided us with party packages to suit our needs and catering information.
We went ahead with a 2-hour party time, which included 1 hour of arcade games and 45 minutes in the party area. You can also add extras, such as an extra 1-hour Clip ‘n Climb on their climbing walls or even dodgems!
Our party area was nicely set up with partyware when we got there. There are only two party areas at this venue.
The party guests each received their arcade cards with 300 tickets preloaded inside. You can choose to add lanyards for little ones so they don’t misplace their cards while playing. The birthday girl received her own VIP card with 500 tickets instead!
Arcade games were modern and well-maintained, though a few were out of order when we were there, but that didn’t stop the kids from having fun.
Kids were spoilt for choice with so many varieties of arcade games, and even the adults wanted to join them!
Missy 7 had no trouble swiping her card on the machine and playing most games.
The popular ones were the racing games, claw machines and two players games.
Once their allocated time is up the cards stop working so they know to return to the party area.
Catering for the birthday party is available or you can bring your own food at iPlay Carousel. They have a fully licensed bar and café so adults can grab a drink while watching the kids.
We opted for their party platters, which were decently priced, and each platter came with drinks (water and cordials) for the party guests.
At the end of the party, kids get to redeem their tickets for treats or toys, which was the highlight for all of them. Overall it is a fantastic place to have a birthday party, even though they don’t provide a party host, their staffs are all very helpful in assisting us and ensuring that our party is running well.
