Overlooking Dunsboroughโs leafy town centre, Occy’s is a delicious spot to relax, fill your tummies with tasty morsels and enjoy friendly down south hospitality. Once found over in Vasse, this Brew-pub has moved right into the heart of Dunsborough. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but we enjoyed the food and drinks so much, we returned a few nights later for another dinner. That says a lot!
Sit back and enjoy a brew in their outdoor alfresco area. There’s plenty of seating and shade. It overlooks the grassy Lions Park and water feature (home of the Dunsborough Markets). Older kids can play here, within your sight, but be mindful it is near a busy road.
Plus, there’s indoor dining for those chilly down south nights.
With 18 beers on tap, Occy’s own beers are good enough to satisfy any beer lovers cravings, plus you may find some guest brews too. There’s local wines, cider and soft drinks too. All Occyโs beers are preservative-free and are brewed on owner Billโs farm.
The menu has a bit of everything, share plates, full meals and pizzas. You’ll be spoilt for choice. There’s lamb ribs, spied fried cauliflower bites, pizzas, chicken wings, bao… you name it – it’s all delicious.
On the kids menu there are fish n chips, pizzas, a burger and more. LC enjoyed his nuggs and chips.
I’d head back to Occys Dunsborough for a feed in a heartbeat. It’s a brilliant family dining option if you’re staying in this south west seaside town.ย
