Located within Amherst Commercial Centre, you will be spoilt for choices looking at their burgers and sides menu! Vegetarian options are available on the menu too.
The hungry kids were very eager to try out their kids’ menu.
Missy 6 had the Johnny Jr., which came with not one but two mini cheeseburgers and a stack of potato chips on the side! It is such an ingenious idea to have the potato chips together! She really enjoyed stacking the chips inside the burger to give it that nice crunch.
Missy 9 tried the New York Cart Dog. The simple grilled hot dog on a bun is a decent filling meal for a hungry kid at just $6.90.
Their selection of sides was proving too hard for us to just decide on one. So, we went ahead and ordered the curly fries and waffle fries; both were a great hit with the kids!
And what better way to enjoy all these with an ice-cold root beer float!
I had the Magic Mushroom, while the Mr had the single Troublemaker burger. Their burgers came stacked higher than your average burgers which are a feast to the eyes! The beef patties are cooked to medium with a little pink in the middle still, and paired with all the fresh ingredients, you get to enjoy the explosion of flavours in your mouth. It was literally dripping with juice! But don’t worry about the messy mess on the fingers, there is a toilet in the shop for you to wash up!
The restaurant is clean and spacious with plenty of tables. Baby chairs are available. They have a baby change table in one of their toilets too.
I like that they even have kids toys on the table for kids to play. Definitely a family friendly restaurant!
