FitRight physio-led exercise classes have been designed as a lower impact alternative to generic gym and pilates classes, perfect for women with pelvic floor or joint dysfunction. โ๏ธ You’ll get resistance exercises done for your arms and legs, with heaps of functional movements that will help you feel stronger in your daily lifeโโโโโโโโ
