Wyong Reserve in Bentley is a great little park with a lot going on.

The playground is fully fenced and has a pathway running around it that is designed as a road to ride scooters and bikes along. There a few large speed humps, and we said next time we come we will have to bring the scooter.

There are benches around the playground and an undercover area with BBQs and picnic benches. There is also a drink fountain and bins. It was nice that they kept some of the big trees in the development of the playground and fitted the seating and nature play areas around these.

Behind the undercover area is a sand play space with some balancing logs and a sand table. There is a four-in-a-row game in the sand as well. The nature play area with more balancing logs and a teepee under a lovely large tree is near the sand play area.

The play equipment includes a swing set with a nest swing, two seated swings and a baby and me swing. These are under shade sails.

There is a roundabout and bouncy see-saw.

The playground also has a flying fox with choice of harness seat or disc seat and a giant rope swing.

The playground at Wyong Reserve has a large play structure with a small slide and a longer enclosed twist slide. The structure has a climbing wall and another four-in-a-row game on the outside. On the other side is a step entry to the small slide and three-tier platforms to the larger slide.

The playground is on the edge of the football/cricket ground so there is a large grassed area for the kids to play on if they get bored with the playground and you can get some exercise as there is a concrete walkway all around the oval.

On the far side of the oval from the playground is some fitness equipment and an area with basketball hoop, netball hoop and four square. Wyong Reserve has off the road parking available as well.
