R U OK? Day is a national day of action, encouraging Australians to check in with friends, family and colleagues to support mental health and wellbeing.
We invite you to join us for a family-friendly morning focused on building connections and promoting positive mental health in our community.
When: Saturday, 6 September, 9.30-11.30am
Where: Child Parent Centre, Dudley Park Primary School
- Meet the friendly animals and Old MacDonald’s Farm petting zoo
- Free BBQ and refreshments
- Explore information stalls with local mental health providers
- Participate in various children’s activities
