Annual Picnic in the Park – Mental Health Week
Celebrate Mental Health Week at our much-loved Annual Picnic in the Park, a special day dedicated to caregivers, families, and the wider community.
Bring along your family and friends for a morning of relaxation, connection, and fun. Enjoy a variety of activities designed for all ages, including:
- Self-care and wellbeing activities
- Community connection opportunities
- Boogie Bounce sessions to get everyone moving
- Information stalls featuring local mental health services
