NAIDOC Week Kids’ Crafternoon

Bring your imagination to our kids’ NAIDOC Week crafternoon
Town of East Fremantle and Yard Property invite local kids (suitable for 5 to 10 year olds*) to the Town Hall, 135 Canning Highway East Fremantle, from 2pm to 3.30pm to enjoy an afternoon of craft and conversation.
Make an animal inspired by one of the large water birds or creatures found along the river, contribute to our giant NAIDOC Week 2025 poster, and sample some damper.
You can also learn about the Nyoongar words for animals and the critters and colours of the six Nyoongar seasons that you may spot in East Freo.
We’ll organise the craft supplies and light refreshments, you just need to bring your imagination!
Spaces are limited. *Please note, all participants must be accompanied by an adult.
