Slow down, explore, and engage the senses with Koorda’s Crew during Makuru, the coldest and wettest Noongar season.

Join us in June for this gentle, hands-on session especially designed for younger children and those who prefer to explore at their own pace. After a short introduction, children will move through five interactive stations, each linked to one of the key elements of Makuru.

Activities are fully hands-on and encourage curiosity, movement, and discovery in a relaxed, supportive environment with a facilitator from Koorda’s Crew. The session is suitable for children ages 2–5 years and a guardian must be present with children in attendance.

• Play-based and sensory learning (including some messy play )

• Five themed activity stations
• Child-led exploration
• A welcoming space for different learning styles
