Circle of Security Parenting is free and runs for eight weeks. This internationally recognised program helps parents/carers deepen their understanding of the parent-child relationship and their child’s emotional needs.

Topics include:

• Understanding your child’s emotions and needs,
• Supporting your child’s sense of security and ability to manage emotions,
• Boosting your child’s self-esteem,
• Strengthening your attachment with your child,
• Enhancing your relationship with your child and your child’s relationship with others.

Ideal for parents/carers with children birth to 10 years old.
