Family Stretch and Breath Yoga Session

As part of Mental Health Week, join us for a calming outdoor yoga practice designed to bring families together while supporting wellbeing.
Yoga connects body, breath, and mind. This one-hour session includes gentle breathing techniques, stretches to strengthen and release tension, and a relaxing meditation to finish.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, with options to make the practice stronger or more gentle.
