Parent Pathways is a flexible, free program that empowers mums, dads, and carers, with a youngest child under 6 years old, by providing them with mentoring support, financial assistance, and connections to support services, personalised to their unique goals and circumstances.

Mentoring Support

Throughout your time in the program you will be connected, through one-on-one sessions, with our highly trained mentors. They will help you set goals and then provide resources to help you achieve them.

This program is available in 59 different locations across 5 regions of Western Australia. This means our mentors can meet you where you are in one of our family friendly offices so your little ones can come along with you to your appointments.

Financial Assistance

This program also offers financial assistance which is designed to make reaching your goals more achievable. We can help across a variety of areas such as accredited training, communication and technology, driver’s licence costs, non-vocational training, transport and work-related training and licensing.

When you commence into the program you also become eligible for an engagement support voucher. This is a $100 voucher that you can put towards groceries (or other essentials) at either Woolworths or Coles. If you continue to attend face to face appointments, you may also be eligible for $50 vouchers subsequently depending on the frequency of your appointments up to the capped amount of $250 per year

Connections to Support Services

Our mentors can help you connect with support services that will help you in your journey to achieving your goals. This may be anything from helping you access a course to aiding you in obtaining childcare. We can help connect you with a variety of services that will help you on your journey.
