Located at the Stirling Community Centre, Charles Riley Memorial Reserve (7A Kitchener St, North Beach), this community-run toy library is open every Saturday from 9:00am to 10:00am. The library maintains a collection of over 600 quality toys, games, puzzles, and dress-ups for children aged 0-7 years. The Charles Riley Reserve is tucked away in North Beach alongside the local Community Centre and sports fields. There are rolling manicured lawns and landscaped gardens surrounding a small war memorial, and behind this, you will find a fun new playground that is sand-based with additional purple soft fall surfaces.
