Run by the Northern Districts Model Engineering Society for over 40 years, Stirling Miniature Railway in Balcatta offers exciting miniature train rides featuring both steam and diesel engines. Operating the last Sunday of every month (except December) from 10am-2pm, visitors enjoy two loops around the track including tunnel and bridge crossings. Facilities include a kiosk, shaded picnic area, free BBQs, and toilets. Entry: $12 adults, $6 children (2-17), $1 under 2s, including unlimited rides. Pre-booking essential.
