School Holidays: Create Your Own Joke Book
For children 5 to 12 years
Bring your silliest jokes and your imagination to this workshop with former Disney animator and children’s book illustrator Mark Guthrie. Learn simple drawing techniques, playful character design, and easy tips to sharpen your punchlines. Practice writing jokes, add your own illustrations, and go home with your very own illustrated joke book.
Please note:
- Do not attend if unwell
- If you cannot make it to the event, we strongly encourage you to cancel your ticket to ensure your spot is allocated to someone on the waitlist
- To enable a safe, enjoyable experience at our library events, children aged 11 and under must be supervised at all times by a parent, guardian or carer.
