McCallum Skatepark Coaching – Ages 5-18 (Girls Only)
Freestyle Now will be conducting FREE coaching sessions for girls aged 5-18 at McCallum Park Active Area.
Session 1: 3pm
Session 2: 4pm
Facilitators will analyse each participant’s skill level and work from that base to assist with confidence building.
All participants need their own equipment, helmet and closed in shoes. Participants with defective equipment may not be able to participate. Coaches may be able to assist with some minor adjustments (Scooter/BMX bar straightening, skate/rollerskate truck/wheel tightening) before the session starts if required and with time permitting.
Key points
- Participants must be wearing a helmet
- Please remember to bring some water and wear sunscreen
- Limited spare scooters and skateboards may be available
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to register your attendance
- Disclaimer form will need to be signed on the day
- Coaching workshops are not suitable for 3-wheeled plastic scooters or plastic rollerskates
Freestyle Now coaching workshops are fun, informative and motivational.
Coaches let the participants ride at their own level and encourage progression.
