Jack and the Beanstalk Workshop
In this magical, hands-on session, children will experience the classic tale of Jack and the Beanstalk through storytelling, then dive into themed crafting and STEAM-style exploration.
Participants will plant their own bean, build castle-in-the-clouds crafts, and fashion fun props like golden-egg shakers or harp-string instruments – all inspired by the fairy-tale.
Perfect for curious little minds who love stories, science and creative play. Expect messy, open-ended fun that blends art, nature, and imagination and don’t forget to wear your adventure hat!
The workshop it is suitable for children aged 3 – 8 years.
Please be advised that children under the age of 13 years are to be accompanied by an adult at this activity.
If you are unwell or cannot attend, please contact the library as soon as you are able to allow someone else to take your place.
