Children can come to participate in running, jumping, balancing & the basic coordination skills of kicking & catching.
Freo Footprints is a seven-week program, consisting of 30-minute, high-energy sessions. The program focuses on developing fundamental movement skills in children aged 2 to 4, by learning new skills and playing heaps of fun games!
The program incorporates various sporting equipment such as footballs, softballs, tennis balls, and bean bags to enhance movement patterns, hand/eye coordination and listening skills, in a fun and highly engaging environment. The program will run on Monday’s and Friday’s at LeisureFit Melville Recreation Centre.
Programs starts on Monday, 24 February 2025 and Friday, 28 February 2025, with each running through till Monday, 7 April 2025 and Friday, 11 April 2025 (respectively).
Session times include:
Monday:
- Children aged 2 to 3 from 9.00am to 9.30am
- Children aged 3 to 5 from 9.45am to 10.15am
Friday:
- Children aged 2 to 3 from 9.00am to 9.30am
- Children aged 3 to 4 from 9.45am to 10.15am
- Children aged 4 to 5 from 10.30am to 11.00am
