It’s been said that if 1% of the population did Tai Chi we would have more harmony in the world, but lets just start with our community!
Come and Try – Tai Chi with Maree
This early morning session under the trees will be a refreshing start to your day – offering a chance to find some balance before the busy-ness begins.
Date: Thursday 19 March 2026
Time: 7.30 – 8.30am
Location: Darius Wells Library and Resource Centre – outside Dome Cafe, under the trees
What to Bring:
- A water bottle – to stay hydrated
- Comfortable clothing – something you can relax and breathe easily in
Registrations are encouraged – but walk-ins are permitted.
About Tai Chi
The continuous flowing movements of Tai Chi relax your muscles and joints while massaging and invigorating your internal organs. The mind-body co-ordination promotes physical and mental harmony, greater relaxation and stress reduction.
