FIFO Family Mother’s Day Picnic

Join us for a relaxed, fun-filled morning at Kings Park as we celebrate FIFO mums, mother-figures and loved ones ahead of Mother’s Day.

We know that special occasions can be really tough for FIFO families, so we’re creating a space to come together, connect and celebrate as a community. Enjoy a casual BYO picnic, let the kids play and meet other FIFO families in a beautiful outdoor setting.

This event is for all FIFO mums – whether you work away on roster or your partner works away FIFO – and for any FIFO family members who would like to join in.

Date: SATURDAY 9th May 2026 (please note, this is the day BEFORE Mother’s Day)
Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Location: Central King’s Park (exact location provided upon registration)
What to Bring: BYO Picnic – pack your favourite picnic blanket, snacks and drinks
