Early Start Screen Smart (3-week program)
Parents and caregivers of children aged 0 to 4 years old, come along to this free 3-week workshop to learn how to support your child’s screen time and create healthy screen time habits within the family.
The Early Start Screen Smart program was developed with parents, for parents and backed by research.
Topics include:
- Current guidelines and recommendations
- Setting boundaries
- Having the ‘screen time talk’ with family and friends
- Understanding the types of screen time
- Interactive co-viewing
Workshop participants should be able to attend each session, from Wednesday 17 June to Wednesday 1 July.
Registration is essential. Workshop is open to parents and carers living in the local government areas of Mundaring, Swan, Bassendean and Bayswater.
This workshop is delivered by Midvale Hub Parenting Service, funded by Department of Communities and supported by the City of Bayswater.
