Brighter Futures Teen boys program
The Brighter Futures Youth Program will be led by experienced Youth Facilitators and an experienced Karate Teacher and aims to enhance young people’s safety-confidence & wellbeing.
The goals are to reduce bullying, risk of abuse in relationships, enhance mental wellbeing and provide information on services & supports that are available for anyone who is struggling
- Boys’ workshops will be on Wednesday:
- July 29 and August 5 for Year 7 – Year 9 (2 sessions/age cohort)
- August 12 and 19 for Year 10 – 12
- All participants will receive:
- A Support/Help Card with a range of numbers
- A Completion Certificate
- A Free Voucher to a local Martial Arts School
- Healthy after-school snacks will be provided at the commencement of every session.
- This Program is funded by ‘Peel Community Foundation’ & supported by ‘Pinjarra Junction.
