Being a Parent is a FREE 9-Week program for parents and caregivers of children aged 2-12 years which will be hosted in Girrawheen at the end of January.
Topics covered in the program include: Being a good enough parent, working with big feelings, connecting with your child, discipline strategies and stress management.
