Baby Makes 3 Workshop
Support for new parents – together
Becoming parents changes more than routines and sleep – it changes how you communicate, share the load and support each other day to day.
Baby Makes 3 is very relaxed, and our skilled facilitators will lead you all in a discussion around what it means to parent together.
Delivered over two friendly sessions, we cover:
• Life and relationship changes
• Expectations of parents
• Balancing housework and care
• Healthy relationships
• Dealing with conflict and communication

Sessions are interactive but easy-going, with babies welcome, so both parents can attend. Pizza and snacks are provided – just come as you are.
Workshops are facilitated by trained male and female co-leaders, creating a balanced and welcoming environment for both parents.
