Located 20km west of Denmark, this interactive animal farm offers an authentic hands-on experience with a diverse range of animals. Visitors can feed and pat everything from alpacas and camels to kangaroos and Scottish highland cattle. The farm provides each guest with a feed bag included in the entry price, making it easy for families to interact with the animals throughout their visit.
Stand-Out Feature:
The daily bottle feeding session at 3pm is a highlight, where children can help feed baby animals. The farm features two large walk-through paddocks – one with friendly alpacas and kangaroos, and another with farm animals. There’s also a special enclosure where children can cuddle rabbits and guinea pigs.
Top Tip:
Visit around 3pm for the bottle feeding session, but arrive earlier to enjoy all the animals. The farm has a shaded picnic area with BBQ facilities and a small kiosk selling refreshments. Open daily 10am-4pm. Keep in mind that the goats can be quite enthusiastic when feeding, so smaller children might prefer the gentler alpaca paddock.
