Feathers, fur and scales, Garvey Park is home to it all! September is Biodiversity month and we are showcasing the abundance of native flora and fauna that are unique to this part of the world, right here in Garvey Park.

Look out for snake necked turtles, black cockatoos, pardalotes, wrens, and evidence of quendas.

The passionate and knowledgeable Environment team will also take you through projects they have been completing at the park to help increase biodiversity and ecological connectivity, and provide tips on how you can create wildlife friendly gardens.
