Explore 4 acres of beautiful gardens with over 70 miniature buildings, model trains, Lego displays, hedge maze, mini golf, playground, yard games and pedal cars, all included! Bring a lunch or enjoy a coffee and cake from our 1940s tea house. Conveniently located only 50 minutes south of Perth and 5 minutes east of Mandurah, come discover this great fun attraction for all ages!

MINIATURE BUILDINGS

Most of the model buildings are replicas of well-known historic buildings from Abingdon Village (the oldest continually inhabited town in England) and parts of the United Kingdom, Germany, and France, including a highly-detailed model of the Eiffel Tower.

SCALE MODEL TRAINS

Young and old will delight in the interactive model train railways. Look for the start/stop buttons located around the park to control the trains.

HEDGE MAZE

Get lost in a large, beautifully manicured 1,000 m2 hedge maze. See if you can find the hidden letters to discover the mystery word!

MINI GOLF INCLUDED!
Included FREE with your admission is a 12 hole mini golf for some challenging entertainment. We offer 7 different club sizes from toddler to adult.

LEGO EXHIBIT (Now Updated!)
Come see the impressive models built by local Lego enthusiasts on display inside the heritage tea house. You can even build and buy your own creation!

SHADY PLAYGROUND

Lots of creative play possible with multiple cubbies and sand toys.

TINY TEAPOT CAFE

Come enjoy coffee and cake, or tea and scones in our beautiful 1940s tea house. We also serve delicious milkshakes, smoothies, and fruit crushes. Our baker, Marcela, uses wholesome ingredients and specializes in making gluten free treats that taste amazing!
