Hosted by Your Place, My Gym Mind & Move is a relaxed, welcoming session designed to help dads and families start the day strong. Each class blends simple functional movement with guided mindfulness to wake up the body, clear the head and create space to connect before the school run.
No experience needed — just show up, move, breathe and be part of a supportive local community.
