Set within the newly developing Alkimos Trinity Estate, Habsburg Park is a fantastic find for active families, teens, and anyone who loves to work out in the fresh air. With much of the surrounding land still under development and many homes yet to be built, the park already feels like a destination in its own right โ thoughtfully designed around movement, inclusivity, and outdoor fitness rather than just traditional play.

The standout feature of this space is the impressive Proludic ActiโFun equipment, which takes it well beyond a standard suburban Playground. The ActiโNinja course is all about agility, balance, and confidence, offering a series of fun, physical challenges.

Kids can hop across slanted balancing steps, test their power at the vertical jump station, and carefully navigate the suspended tunnel that encourages crawling and controlled movement.

The ActiโNinja ramp invites them to climb up and then slide or scramble back down, helping build strength, coordination, and gross motor skills through play.

For older kids, teens, and adults, the ActiโStreet inclusive street workout station (recommended for ages 14+) is the big drawcard. This bodyweight training zone is perfect for pull-ups, hangs, dips, squats, and a wide range of full-body strength exercises.

Each station is fitted with a QR code that links to the Proludic app, where users can access how-to videos, choose tailored workouts based on ability or accessibility needs, track progress, save sessions, and even challenge friends. It essentially turns the park into a free outdoor gym, ideal for solo training, family fitness sessions, or group workouts.

Accessibility has clearly been considered, with wide pathways and ramps making the park wheelchair friendly and easy to navigate with prams and scooters.

The main play and exercise areas are set on mulch surfacing to help soften any falls. Shaded picnic tables sit right beside the fitness zone, offering a handy spot to rest between sets or supervise kids while they tackle the ninja course.

More picnic seating is dotted along the grassy hill, giving a great vantage point over the large open field below where ball games and casual kick-arounds naturally unfold.

Supporting amenities add to the parkโs appeal. Youโll find water fountains, plenty of benches, bike racks, and long looping paths that are perfect for bikes, trikes, and scooters of all sizes. A big grassed field with soccer goals encourages active play, team sports, and weekend family games. Itโs worth noting there are no public toilets at this stage, and the estate is still under construction, but there is some street parking available nearby.

Habsburg Park is a brilliant example of modern, movement-led design โ free, inclusive, and genuinely motivating. Whether youโre working on your fitness, raising active kids, or simply love a park with purpose, this spot in Alkimos is well worth seeking out.
